MintGuardian is an informational analytics tool. These terms explain what it is, what it isn't, and the rules for using it. By using MintGuardian you agree to them.
01 Nature of the service
MintGuardian provides AI-generated safety analysis of token contracts. It is an informational and analytics tool. It is not a financial advisor, not a trading platform, not a custodian, and not a guarantee of any token's safety or performance.
02 Not financial advice
Nothing in the app or produced by it constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Verdicts, scores, and risk factors are informational signals to help you do your own research — not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold anything.
03 No guarantee & your responsibility
Verdicts are probabilistic and informational only. A SAFE verdict is not a guarantee that a token is safe, and any verdict may be wrong (false positives and false negatives both occur). On-chain conditions can change in seconds — a token that scans clean can rug minutes later. You trade entirely at your own risk. MintGuardian is not liable for trading losses or for any decision you make based on its output.
Always do your own research. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.
04 Acceptable use
- MintGuardian is for personal, non-commercial use.
- Do not scrape, overload, or abuse the API or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or repackage verdicts or data obtained from the service.
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate fraud.
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these rules.
05 Accounts
You may use MintGuardian anonymously or with an account. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account; we may also terminate accounts that breach these terms.
06 Subscriptions & billing
MintGuardian offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription at $6.99/month or $49.99/year.
- Billing is handled by the app store — Google Play today, and the App Store later. We never see or store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account.
- Refunds and cancellations follow the policy of the store you purchased through.
Deleting your MintGuardian account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in Google Play or the App Store, or billing will continue.
07 Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that verdicts will be accurate or complete.
08 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintGuardian and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
09 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
